Team, we need to provide an option to our customers within the Org. Settings to Auto update Project responses when an answer is updated in the Content Library.
While it's good to show that there is an update available within the Project, customers who have used a tool like Qvidian* would expect the opposite i.e. the answer should have already been updated within the Project with an indicator similar to what we do now. We could provide the customer with an option to revert back to the previous version but that would be very rare.
*Qvidian has the Library/content merge code which essentially always pulls the latest answer by default into the question/project response.
