PROD-I-1190 Converting Image type QA pair in to text for project import

If the user gets a RFP form with image type QA pairs in it and have only one option left in approaching the client on the revised RFP form. The conversation of image would help them in a greater way.

@sunitha We are able to extract text from PDF and mark the questions and answers in the table. Screenshot attached for reference. Can you please check and confirm.

@khalees Sorry about missing the exact picture type data in the file; it was added as a idea a long time ago and I wasn't aware where part of the document had the problem.
