Currently, when we toggle on Queue and Notify option, it will be applicable only for the current question, and it will not queue notifications for the next question.
The customer requested that this option be added in an org setting rather than for each individual question or project. All of the questions will automatically be queued for all of the projects once we enable this option in the Org settings.

Hi Jegadish,
The Queue and Notification toggle once it is turned ON, it will be enabled for all the assignments. It will be queued and the users can send it later. It is not pertaining to the particular questions.
