Currently users who have edit permissions can also delete content. Evernorth would like the ability to house those permissions separately so that users can edit but not delete cotnent in the library.

This is coming up more and more with larger enterprise clients with many users. Simply telling them not to delete is becoming unsustainable due to the volume of team members they have using the tool. It is also a concern for them as they are working on a case to expand RFPIO globally.
