As per our help article (https://help.rfpio.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022522454-Glossary-of-RFPIO-Terms-) - project primary contact will be notified of all the tasks of the project. We got the below list of email notifications sent to PPC
- Section Status Changed - Right now we send notification when the section is submitted for review but not for complete review
- Project Status Changed
- Create Project
- Clarification Added Notification
- Workflow setup if anything done to PPC
Use case: Within a user's account, there are two email preferences that can be enabled (among many): Section Author Completed and Section Completed. Despite these being enabled, users are not receiving email notifications when Authors are marking Sections as complete. These users are listed as the Project's Primary Contact within the About section of the project.
If it's true that more than one Author is assigned to a given section, and only one Author marks that Section as complete, the other Author(s) will receive an email notification that the Section was marked as complete. However, the Project Primary Contact does not, even though their email preferences dictate they should.
