PROD-I-1223 Filter to Documents that are linked to Q&A pairs

Right now, there is no way to easily find all documents that are linked to Q&A pairs. To determine the number of documents in the library that are linked would be helpful for audits and understanding content library usage.

I am dealing with this exact problem in the IRI right now. I was able to at least show the metadata to see a linked document, but I am not able to run a report with that field. Right now, in order to filter those documents down, I need to create a custom flag and tag each one. It would be much easier to see documents attached to a Q&A pair that are/aren't linked, and vice versa for the Document Library.
