PROD-I-1232 Suggestion on archive functionality.

We just received a feedback from O.C. Tanner. Bringing this to your notice,

"Love the new archive functionality!!! A suggestion on how to make it better: currently, you can't send something to the archive on the review tab. It would be nice to have "archive" as an option when reviewing content. A step above would be for RFPIO to make recommendations when reviewing content. Seismic does this: it recommends if you should keep, edit, or get rid of content. It would be really cool if RFPIO could do the same when content comes up for review."

@Viswanathan Can we add the archive from review? I wouldn't think this would be terribly hard.

As for the system recommended suggestion, just improving the content cleaner visibility would be an upgrade. It is a bit obscure now.

We can do a proper recommendation implementation later. I don't see a reason to defer the archiving for future if it is simple.
