PROD-I-1241 Option to Export Tags Separately from Org Settings

Hi team,

Rachel Groess from Prime Therapeutics reached out to us requesting an option to Export the Tags into an Excel or any other document, so that they can make changes to Tags outside of RFPIO and then import it back. They have a long list of Tags and find it cumbersome to edit them one by one in RFPIO.

Please see if we can incorporate this feature into our future updates or releases.

@Sunder, The actual story asks for both export and import of tags. Currently only export of tags has been handled and the import to be addressed as a separate story. Once the import is also handled then this will be closed completely.
