Based on user feedback from RANDSTAD USA #32210
Scenario: If a user uploads a file, not configures anything, and clicks on import, it is taking the user to the sections screen with 'Upload document' options again, and a pop-up message as 'Import successful'. Recording attached.
User request: If no configuration is made, can we show a warning message before importing that no configuration is made to that file?

Additionally, this warning should also cover scenarios where only questions are marked and answers are not. Currently, if a user misses a configuration, he needs to re-do the entire document again.
