PROD-I-1273 Merge option in excel

Client need the ability to merge a question when importing a project in Excel and want to be able to merge several rows in Excel into a single question. However, this capability wasn't available.

@Vivin Irudayaswamy If you have sample excel file where merge is required, please share it. This will help us to better understand the need for having merge.
