PROD-I-1278 Export Font Format - ability to set default for Org and/or make last decision "sticky"

Client Billtrust is requesting the ability to set the Export Font Format when exporting to source at the Organization level. They want their team to be exporting by default into the Source font/format but it switches back to application font. This creates an extra step for their team when exporting a project.
