PROD-I-1297 System defined field project value

The project value shows the type as Text box however we are allowing only values in the field to better understand from user end, we could modify the field and update in a way it indicates the user it only accept values.

@sunitha Understand. It's because we don't have explicit numeric field. We will think through how we can improve this experience.
