PROD-I-1299 In the New UI, the Project search filter is not sticky.

In the classic UI, in the project list if we filter the projects by type or PPC and from the list of filtered projects if we enter into a project and then come back to the project list again, the filter stays in place.

But in the New UI, when we enter into a project after filter being applied and then come back to the list, the filter is gone, and it shows all the current projects.
