Import Question

Good morning! Can you share how you handle situations when you have already imported and started responding in a document, such as a large Excel file, and then the prospect releases a new version with changes? We run into that often with large state proposals. If the team hasn’t started responding, we often upload and re-map and re-import. This is referring to documents that we need to export to the source. If the actual source file has changed, we need to upload the new source file, correct?

Hey Andrew! We usually load the new questions into the existing project, unless the team hasn't started responding as you mentioned. We create a separate section below the original sections and denote them as "NEW." That way, our SMEs can view previous answers to provide consistent, accurate information within the same window. Also avoids needing to have both projects open separately, depending on your project limit.

We now have the option to update the source file - for the exact example you mentioned!
