PROD-I-1344 Mandatory answer field is not highlighted when let unanswered

In a Question which also contains a 'mandatory' field eg. a Compliance Dropdown (in addition to other Rich Text input fields), it is not so obvious for many of our user-community when the mandatory field is not filled, as such the 'Mark as Answered' button is greyed out. We would like to have an enhanced and familiar user-experience (like we see in many other software and web forms) whereby the mandatory field is 'highlighted' in eg. Yellow or Red etc. so the user is visually notified that they have not completed the field. Currently there is no warning message, no popup, no highlighted field, so they struggle to know what to do in case they have missed it.

@tarun Highlighting the mandatory response field upon marking the question as answered will be considered if we receive similar request in future.
