PROD-I-1356 Adding "Related Content" as a metadata option in the recommendation engine

They are beginning to experience the need to have "Related Content" within their library. In the CCL, you are able to add "Related Content" as a metadata field for the Q&A faceplate. However, in the recommendation engine, it does not show on the Q&A record. They'd like to be able to see this because it would allow them to quickly identify and realize if the Q&A has related content they should consider for a response.

@Nathan Boone Can we recommend them to use the Info icon to navigate to Properties where we show the related content?

Hi @Khalees V - My customer Genetec who manages multiple languagues in the library also raised concerns on how related content is handled in the rec engine. They are doing your suggested workaround and it adds multiple clicks and when you select the related item in the properties panel, it opens a separate tab.

The customer finds themselves having to do A LOT of related content searching and so 3-5 more clicks and a new tab every single question in a project is not particularly user friendly nor especially efficicent.

Easier access to the related content, and finding a solution that doesn't lead to numerous extra tabs in the browser would be beneficial. Thanks!
