Have you used two-factor authentication (requiring the user to get a code from an authenticator app before access is provided) for any of your users or guests? If so, how is it working for you?
Hi @khopeferris! We use Okta for everything! RFPIO, Salesforce, Highspot, Hive, our company store, and our travel app. I love it.
I highly recommend Okta for security and adoption. It automatically adds new users for us, and prevents past employees from entering the system. We're a small team so the peace of mind is valuable.
We also use Okta, which is great :) As far as guests, we do not have the option for 2FA with them. They are only invited on a question level within the RFPs using their email address.
Another shout for Okta. We use just-in-time account creation so that I don't need to manually add users — the first time they try to log in, if they don't have an account, one is created for them with defined default parameters. (Just need to make sure they have access to RFPIO on the Okta side.)
