We've created internal training docs for end users. Do you create your own training documentation / videos or point your end users to RFPIO help files?
I believe @tiffany_ramos has created some awesome documentation for her SMEs that she might want to share more about!
Additionally, @khopeferris have you checked out the University lately? They have made some exciting changes, including Live WorkShops which are great for new users or a supplement for training resources you've already created.
@khopeferris We have created videos for new employees (and old) to review. While we are mainly OOB, we had to create videos for our own workflows. I personally used the RFPIO University for general tool use and the videos are great!
We've created our own internal training videos and content for our users. We've got an internal LMS as well that we use to do refreshers, and onboarding training where our materials are used, baked into the LMS are quizzes on content.
Thanks, @Helene ! We have created short videos housed in Mindtickle, where all our other educational content is. We also have a 30-minute onboarding session with people who are in positions to use the tool.
Then there is the occasional email I will send out with something really cool. :)
