I have a customer who would like us to consider adding an ability for our customer to trigger a customized message to someone who is trying to create a project but the license capacity is already full.
"My reasons for the project creator, aka Account Executive, to receive the notification are as follows:
When we reach ‘capacity’ we sometimes offer a ‘half service’ approach; by sending a note that states we’re at capacity would immediately signify to the AE that more may be expected of them (typically this is all of the ‘outside of RFPIO’ activity such as engaging legal etc.)
Making the AE aware early on also saves me being the bearer of ‘bad news’ – not that it’s bad news per se, but you get my drift. By them seeing we’re at capacity also forces them to reassess the potential success of the opp they are about to submit – it they have to do more, then is it worth their time" - Accruent
