Dear community, see the two screenshots attached - my role is Team Member / " AI Member User" but I am not permitted to use the AI Assistent for answers.
Is this normal? How are non-admins supposed to use AI in order to generate answers?

Thank you for posting your question in the community.
Please reach out to your Super Admin to have them review your permissions, and have them connect with your CSM if further investigation is needed. Access to AI Assistant is tied to both your role permissions and whether you are assigned as the author for the question since you are a team member, which determines what actions you’re able to take.

Thanks @Renee Underwood , I simply did not understand how to trigger the "generate Answers" flow / Button in the UI. Now it works without any changes to my role.
