Have we considered adding an option for proposal builder that would enable a customer to auto-archive proposals built through Proposal Builder (SFDC & InApp)?
The pros and cons are essentially two sides of the same coin.
The Pro is for the customer, allows their Sales Team to be more self-service, but doesn't clog up the Project license bandwidth for the customer. Right now a different team has to go in and manage archiving projects created from the salesforce environment.
The Con for RFPIO is that it does impact our expansion opps because auto-archived projects lead to less demand for larger Project license bandwidth needs from our customers.
Customers have also asked for a Workflow service that allows for when a Project stage is updated to Submitted or Won, that the system archives the project or notifies a user to initiate their archiving SOP.
