I have several opportunities currently that involve our proposal builder functionality in combination with SFDC. In general, it is well received by prospects (other than a few UI issues) but the main thing I run into over and over is as it relates to the fact that they consume projects during the proposal creation process, and especially, that someone needs to manually monitor project usage, and then have to Complete/Archive them, in order to release the project for other incoming RFPs.
Feedback I have had is that the RFP team Admins do not want to have the responsibility for policing Proposal builder projects, and want the system to handle them without manual intervention.
What are our plans about an "auto-archive" capability, or some other kind of workflow that would highlight proposal builder projects, and allow them to be "cleaned out" on a regular basis?
