For projects: It would be cool if there was an easy way to pull requirements from the content analysis into the projects module as questions or vice versa since there is some overlap. I see this as leading into clients being able to hand their customers a response matrix with their proposal.
For intake: It would be cool if a requirement found in content analysis could almost turn on a custom field in intake, connecting the go/no-go process in intake as discussed in my other s4 (subject line: Go/No Go Decisions in intake/custom reports via weighted reporting and content analysis )
aaron@rfpio.com: Making Content Analysis for a project easily accessible from the project workflow has been brought up by a couple prospects in the last week, and would help the process feel more connected from intake to analysis to project response.
Additionally, inserting any "notes" within the Compliance Matrix to questions / assignments within the Project Workflow (as comments perhaps?) would help Authors and Reviewers to quickly reference compliance requirements directly from their response workflow. This need comes up on almost every call with Federal RFP response.
Aditya: The general requirement we see with prospects is to shred part of the document for the matrix and combine the generated matrix with the project workflow that holds the remainder of the document.
