I've received this need from prospects four times now. While our Content Analysis tool can be used to create compliance matrices, many prospects have asked for the ability to use Content Analysis to more quickly create quotes for RFPs. The market seems to be asking a LOT more about efficiencies within Intake recently (similar to mattie@rfpio.com's S4).
Example from RFPIO's Shoes:
If Salesforce, SharePoint, Custom Reporting, Jira Integration, etc. come up in an RFP, that would automatically jump from Core Package to Plus Package.
Similarly, Online Portals, Slack, MS 365 integration etc. would automatically demand RFPIO Lookup for the package.
Another prospect last week brought up a similar use case that certain keywords, needs, phrases etc. would change her pricing from one tier to tier two, etc.
An APMP best practice is "Price to Win" (just like our GID) and I think this improvement would go a long way to supporting that APMP value and a growing market desire.
