This is directly from a prospect...
"I didn't figure you'd have a pre-built connector for Microsoft Project. And we don't technically need one. However, I asked because I was curious how far your Microsoft native connectivity extended. I was wondering if it was only to the basic Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel), or did it extend to the more premium programs like Microsoft Project. As you said, there's an API connector if we want to build our own. I doubt we would build one for Microsoft Project, though.
But as for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, we use that alllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll the time. It used to be called Adobe Acrobat Pro. But now it's Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. We don't use Adobe Acrobat Reader. Plus, Adobe Acrobat Reader makes me sad because it has so little functionality. It's like going to the neighborhood park when you could've gone to Disney World instead. Or Disney Land in your case. That's closer to you.
Most of our bids require us to populate information on PDFs. We fill in forms. Many of those forms ask for basic, repeatable info (company name, phone number, date of incorporation, state of incorporation, etc.). Many of those forms ask for additional data, too. Data like ownership structure, signatory info, project overview, references, etc. One of the most tedious parts of our current process is manually filling in form data. So it would be great if that could be part of the automation, too, and RFPIO database integration too.
If I understand your system correctly, I'd imagine we could login to the Adobe Acrobat web portal, import a PDF, and then use the RFPIO browser connector to help fill out form data, there. But that seems like an extra step because we prefer to use the full-blown Adobe Acrobat DC desktop program. We wouldn't choose to work out of the Adobe Acrobat web portal by default. Because we wouldn't want to import a PDF into a web portal when the desktop version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC has more functionality."

Hi Matt,
Thanks for the feedback. We haven't had Microsoft Project and Adobe Acrobat in our radar for integrations. The use-case does however looks valuable. We will add this to our future roadmap.
