Hi!
We have for the past 4 years managed all the RFPs/RFIs, Security Questionnaires and Due Diligence questionnaires within my team. It is everything from very standardised, easy questionnaires to very complex public bids.
During 2025 we saw around 620 projects in total and I estimate around 10% of those were public procurements.
We are a team of 4, also relying on 4 SMEs.
Now I am curios to how other companies structure this. What are your best practices except for using a tool like Responsive). I'm looking more for advice in org structure, responsibilities, and just a better understanding on how other companies structure this. I don't have a specific goal, just looking for inspiration!
