Problem statement: When we export a package to send to a partner, it requires us to add a field (checkbox, signature, date, etc.) to every single attachment in the package. We know that we don’t have to make these fields required, but it is incredibly time consuming when we have several attachments. Moreover, placing an unrequired checkbox feels and looks unconventional.
This has become such an obstacle that our team has resorted to downloading the export package and moving to another platform to secure send. This undermines the primary benefit to using Responsive from a security standpoint, adds unnecessary steps, and hurts our confidence in the tool as we look to expand to other use-cases.
Ask: Is it possible to remove this as a requirement?
Goal is to send the package to the partner, where their only required action is to review it, much like how DocuSign prompts a recipient to review.
I have attached a screenshot below for additional context. Please let us know if this is possible or if you have any questions.
