Is there a way to add/upload additional attachments to a project when they are not tied to a specific question with an attachment feature?
@Michael Aviles Yes! Within a Project, if you navigate to "Documents" you can add a file (a document, screenshot, ect) directly to the Project and it will be in the zip file upon export.
