I present here a requirement from one of the client who prefers a ZOHO CRM integration. I would like to understand , if we have any plans of this is the near future. If so , what would be the timeline.

Hi @sridevi , The Zoho CRM Integration phase 1 is implemented and has been rolled out in the June release.
We will also work on the Zoho- CRM enhancements and will keep you posted on that.
