We use Klue for our competitor intel and integration with that solution and its own AI tool would be great to layer in differentiation in our responses. Are there are any plans to introduce this integration?
Hi @Collette Langley, thanks for the question! It's not on the roadmap at this time, but integration with Klue has been requested in the past, so I've noted your interest in it as well.
Responsive does offer an open API if your team wants to explore connecting the two systems that way. If you'd like more information on that option, I'd recommend reaching out to your customer success manager, @Mike Schenone.
