Shredding/Tagging/Collaborating on a Contract in the tool

We have contracts that are part of RFx's and we have not found a good way to shred/tag/collaborate on a single source document within the tool. Right now, we are using SharePoint to collaborate with highlighting a section and tagging the responsible SME/team to review, redline, or confirm. Does Responsive have a way to do this in the tool so we can keep everything within the project and not have to piece out?

As we touched base on, we do not have a current tool for redline collaboration in a contract within our tool today. I have shared your example and use case with our Product team for review and will circle back with updates as I have them.
