Importing bulleted questions from a word doc

As the title states, I am importing bulleted questions from a word doc. I am able to set the bullets as questions when I import, however I cannot figure out how to designate a spot for an answer. Ideally I would like the answer to go beneath the question. Any help is appreciated.

Thank you for your question! I'd be happy to clarify this for you.

When you don't assign a specific location for an answer and have only labeled the question, the system will place the answer directly below the question during export. You can try exporting your project early to see what it looks like.
