Paying Responding Customers like CAPTRUST are requesting to have the Submit Button to complete projects when receiving RFP's from a user in Request Projects. Previously, a user guide for invited vendors was sent to Responding customers to complete the project workfllow, but the Responding Customers do not have the same workflow to complete projects, causing confusion.
