Ability to attach visio and .mpp files

Coming via Microsoft. They use these file types with one of the Microsoft applications and would like to be able to attach them .

@Bruce Duffett Visio files are already been supported by the system. Currently there is no facility to support .mpp files.

As discussed with @Bruce Duffett, we are able to attach both visio and .mpp files, and this is not a issue.
