Project Primary Contact

Question

Hi All,

When working on a project, an user would like to have an overview on all the questions.

So to do that, I add the user as a Primary Contact in the Project.

Although the user can see all the questions, the user is unable to edit it.

What shall I do to be able to let the user access to all the questions (and edit it if needed), without assigning questions?

Hi @David Sing,

If you want a specific user to have access to all projects and make edits, I suggest changing their role to Admin with ALL permissions in your organization settings. However, if this access is needed on a project-by-project basis, you can set their role to Manager. They don't need to be the primary contact—just added to the project team. This will allow them to edit, comment, or answer any questions as needed.
