How can I bulk update questions after adding Q&A to Library after project completion?

Call me crazy, but I prefer to have my Q&A "scrubbed" before adding to the Library. I like to have the question concise, remove any reference to the customer name, remove numbering and generalize the answer as much as possible so it can be used repeatedly.

When a project is completed within Responsive, I cannot easily make these changes before importing new Q&A directly from the project itself. Is there a solution to this?

Hi @Stephanie Logan,

Do you have the Answer Library Moderation turned on? We have all of our content that gets pushed from projects go to moderation, and when we can get to it, we scrub it like you stated before accepting it to the library. We have a checklist we follow for things we scrub the responses for.

I guess I'm not too familiar with Answer Library Moderation. Do you have a link that I can reference to educate myself on how to use this feature? @Renee Cyprian

@Stephanie Logan Moderation is the best way to "scrub" your content before it becomes live in your instance. Here is a link from the Help Center that will walk you through how to enable it in your instance, and how to use it.
