It looks like I can only connect requirements to questions. Can we connect these to sections as well for those that have more narrative proposals?

Hi Tara,
Did you mean that both section and question linking should be implemented so that if a proposal is narrative then user can connect the requirements to the sections instead of questions and if a proposal is Q&A then the user can connect the requirements to the questions?
