Projects message "Recommendation not applicable to the Question

Hello - With the latest release, we noticed a new Responsive window that sometimes appears in Projects while trying to apply answers. The text says "Recommendation not applicable to the Question" and user actions are limited. Where can we find details about this function? Thank you.

Hi Shelley, that message can appear due to a couple of different scenarios.

The first is if you attempt to apply a narrative answer to a field that is a dropdown (yes/no/na). The second occurs sometimes when you have a response that is Full Rich Text in your library but you are applying to a field that is Basic Rich Text (most often an Excel document). In the second example, perhaps it is a response that contains an image, Excel will not accept that image. I hope this is helpful!
