CLA is an existing ENT Client who in Q4 had a $125k upgrade to rollout PB 1.0 further to their sales team….the biggest hurdle they are seeing rn with the rollout is selecting the correct catalog.
CLA has 100s of Catalogs and they catalog selection within PB 1.0 isnt alphabetized and its causing the users to not find the correct catalog/select a different(incorrect) one or for them to completely give up and walk away from Responsive.
