how can i set jira plugin with responsive?

how can i set up jira plugin with responsive? i already have the plugin installed in jira cloud (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1222755/responsive-rfpio-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview) but i don't know how to connect it to my RFPIO instance. Can you guys help me?
