If you had to guess, what percentage of your total project volume is managed and coordinated through Responsive?
We're not sure if it's because of our industry and the complexity of the documents that our customers request, but many times, unfortunately, Responsive has not proven to be the most useful tool to manage customer requests (Questionnaires, RFIs, RFPs, Surveys, etc.). Here are a few other reasons why our team has chosen to forego using Responsive as a means to facilitate projects:
- It may be a tight turnaround, so adding the additional time to import a request to Responsive is not worthwhile.
- It could be that the document has formulas or dropdowns that do not translate well into Responsive.
- Customer request is being facilitated through a portal, so it's double the work to complete via Responsive as well.
- Team members outside the RFx Team are not accustomed to using Responsive.
