Projects - Exporting to Source Documents vs Firm's Standard Templates for your RFP/RFI/DDQs

Question

Hello!  We are in the financial industry and we would like to know what our peers are doing in this part of the completion process of a questionnaire.

What industry are you in?

Do you export your questionnaires back to your Source Document the client sent?

OR

Do you export your questionnaires into a firm standard template?

Hello @Diana Augustyniak! We are in the healthcare IT industry here at Netsmart and we export the content into the source document and/or our templates...just depends on the nature of the project and what is required of us. @Sarah Biskup is my Responsive Administrator and can provide additional details too. Hi @Diana Augustyniak. I agree with what Andrew said. Excel documents get exported to the source file. A lot of the Word documents go into our template, unless they specifically want it back in their template, or there's some other reason to export to the source. If the source has a finnicky table, we may export to the source but then take the table and paste it into our standard template. Hope this helps!
