Every time I am demoing our compliance matrix I have to add the owner, notes, and compliance as it will not save those columns as my default view selection. This requires more clicks and is the point of the compliance matrix. Can we make these columns automatically add to the sheet?

Hi Tara,
As mentioned in slack "For any compliance matrix the columns such as shredded content, requirement, document name, Page#, Paragraph #, Category, Section #, Section, Keyword will be automatically shown in the matrix. Whereas Compliance, Owner & Notes columns has to be added by the user from the customize column for the first time for that matrix. This is implemented in this way because the no of columns created in the matrix structure will be dynamic. So instead of showing all the columns by default we show only certain columns by default. But still user can set their preferences upon which it does not go hidden until the user hides it."
For the scenario in which the user has only "owner, notes, and compliance", I understand that user needs to add those columns to the matrix every time.
We will check the feasibility to add these columns when there are no other columns in the structure.
