I am having issues with Lookup for PowerPoint

Sometimes it moves the slide over and sometimes it doesn't. RFPIO support asked me to verify if I was using the most recent version of the add -in which I verified. I have the app open and reload if it doesn't work.

I just can't seem to figure out the differences in when it works and when it doesn't.

Hi @Anthony Milani thank you for posting! My first piece of advice would be to continue working with the Support Team, as they can investigate if it's happening to your instance or if there is an issue across LookUp with PowerPoint.
