I was wondering if anyone has any best practices or insights into how your organization feeds back to your Product / Development teams about the kind of questions that come up in an RFx? The aim is to give them more insights into what prospects are asking for, so they can improve the product accordingly.
If RFPIO can be used to support the process, all the better. But so far, the only possible solution I thought of is creating a version of a Proposal Compliance Matrix https://www.responsive.io/blog/proposal-compliance-matrix/ and capturing some high level data points as I shred through the RFx.
Any thoughts or insights would be greatly appreciated please!
