Looking for a way to categorize questions within a project, to help with Pricing

Hi Everyone,

I got a request from my SMEs to find out if there is a way to categorize questions (or Requirements in our case)in RFPIO, without using the Tags feature.

Each question/ Requirement relates to particular features of our software. Once they are categorized under different features, we would use the totals (from the Project Report) to determine the pricing.

We use Tags to help us organize content within the Answer Library so do not want to use that to help with the categorization.

Is there another feature/ hack that we can use to help us with this request?

@Joel Jacob This is an interesting question!

Tagging, obviously, would be my first suggestion. As long as you're not automatically saving the completed QA pairs to the content library then the Tags you use in the project shouldn't interfere. You can even create specific tags for your projects so they don't get confused with the tags you use in the content library.

Another option would be using color coded flags. This is a quick and easy way to make your project QA pairs easily searchable.

Comments may work as well, especially if there's a specific person or team that needs to see it.

Something to consider would be our new Requirements Analysis feature. Be sure to reach out to your Account Manager or CSM if it makes sense.
