Collaborating with guest users

Hi, we're trying to make use of the "guest user" functionality, and have assigned a bunch of questions to a group of users from one SME group (so they can divide and conquer as needed). Since they all seem to receive separate emails, I'm wondering if they're able to collaborate among themselves and see each others' comments?

Hey @Lauren Mandeville! The guest functionality works best for one-off situations for users who don't have an RFPIO login. Their input will be seen by RFPIO users, but they won't be able to collaborate with other guests.

Is there a reason you decided to make the group of SMEs guests rather than users in RFPIO? I could see the "All" functionality in the review process to be a solution, as it would allow your SMEs to divide & conquer assignments and collaborate internally in RFPIO!

Hey @Lauren Mandeville! In my experience, we only use guest users when working together on particular Q&As with business partners or, more generally, individuals outside the company. Regarding our employees, they all have access to RFPIO and can view, add, or be assigned Q&As. I hope this helps.
