Manager roles and company-wide projects

I'm experiencing a problem where I need my Managers to see all company projects but the way the Manager role is defined in RFPIO doesn't allow that capability. It's not appropriate for them to be Admin with all permissions, however. Does anyone have a workaround?

We had that headache as well. We ended up giving all of our leaders who we want to be able to see all projects the Admin with No org Settings role. We're hoping to eventually purchase the custom roles for many reasons, this being one of them.

You could just add the managers to each project team. Then, even if they don't have assignments in a project, they should still be able to view all of them since they are a part of the team.
