API to download export package

Currently, we do not have an API to download the Export package using a package ID. Micro Focus (OpenText) is requesting this feature for a custom integration they are building.

Thanks for bringing up tis feedback. We will discuss on this internally and prioritize this if we have more requests on downloading the package via API.
