After some testing, we found that you can't make edits to keywords if a dictionary is in use by another active matrix. This makes sense, but we were hoping to have an "override" option available to do so for admins. In the interim, the client was coached to use the "clone" option in the interim and edit a new one from there, specific to the project.
Another request from this client was the ability to reorder fields in the compliance matrix, but have the option to apply to EVERYONE and not just the individual, so everyone is on the same page.
